Above and beyond The Earth, in the greater cosmos, was a spot. This was the control room of The Earth. This place was called the Arkhecosm. The Arkhecosm had to remain a mystery.
Chapter 4: The Victimum
And I? I will glow. Because even light recognizes its kind. I didn’t choose to be the sun. I simply blinked one day and the universe bowed.
Chapter 5: What The Sky Knew
Instead, she stirred, opened her eyes, and looked straight at me. Calm. Awake. Present. Intense like a snake that’s about to strike. As if to say: We’re here now. And the bravery in me answered silently and firmly: So we are.
Chapter 6: Operation KEPLER
“Double the budget,” George Sterling said, his eyes glued to the news footage of stormy seas. “Get me smarter people. Quieter people. We’re not searching for a place anymore. We’re hunting a prize. And it just showed its teeth. Operation KEPLER is now a war. And I intend to win. We have secure this spot before China gets on game.”

“I’m deadass serious. Some folks is cool with they height. Others treat it like it stole they lunch money.”
Chapter 8: Flushing The Drawing
I remember once, when I was five, I showed her a drawing I was proud of. Our house. Flowers in the yard. A bright blue sky that took up most of the page. She studied it for a moment, quiet, her head tilted the way it does when she’s deciding something. Then she asked why the flowers were wrong.
Chapter 9: The Diary
On the first page, in the same aggressive handwriting: Property of Vivian Sterling. If found, you are trespassing on a soul. Burn it.
Chapter 10: Beatrice Sterling
“Oh. The ‘Happy Sterling Family’. Was that meant sarcastically?” Vivian watched her own lips move in the dark glass. “State your business or I terminate this, Beatrice Sterling.”
Chapter 11: The Triangle
Angel (10:37 PM): I don’t know if I can do that.
Beatrice (10:38 PM): You can. And you will.
[Seen 10:38 PM] [A long pause.] [Angel is typing…]
Chapter 12: The Expulsion
You are pulled back, faster than light. The cavern, the weeping smoke-woman, the changed figurines... It all shrinks to a dot, then to nothing. You are in your chair, watching the movie. Your heart pounds. The room is normal. You look at the screen.
Chapter 13: The Frozen Dial
The stillness of the Frozen Dial was no longer their primary concern. It was an eye-opener towards a far greater peril. They had to secure the physical version of the Arkhecore first. They had to know if it had already been touched, claimed, or corrupted in the long, bloody history of a species obsessed with power and gods.
Chapter 14: The Digitarium
The descent did not feel like falling. It felt like entering noise. At first the Arkhetodians saw only flickers: thin electrical lines stretching across continents, small blinking towers, metallic objects orbiting the planet in steady rings. Then the layer opened wider, and the full structure revealed itself.
Chapter 15: The Industrium
The light changed. It was no longer the cool, sourceless blue glow of screens, but the fiery orange of furnaces and the sooty yellow of gas lamps. The Arkhetodians had entered The Industrium. They found themselves observing not a web of signals, but a matrix of force.
Chapter 16: The Empirium
The descent was a plunge into a different density. The smell of coal and hot iron bled away, replaced by older scents: cold stone, dust, incense, salt, and the metallic tang of blood on sun-baked earth.
Chapter 17: The Mythium
Then the Arkhetodians saw it…the source of the leak. The observation field, guided by Ethern’s dreadful focus, was wrenched to the physical Keystone; the rocky island with the silent stone ring in the South Atlantic, the shadow of their own Arkhecosm on the raw face of the Earth.
